Very good. Yes. We have power. We're now gonna have power in your minds as well. It's only as easy with this switch to turn off all that thinking mind and come to this beautiful, powerful state of peace inside.

[00:00:14] - [Speaker 0]
So this is where we learn how to make peace with everything in the world. Remember, the world is what we make it and our mind is what we make it. We can fight our mind and when we fight the mind, we have collateral damage. In other words, we get tense, we get angry, we get frustrated. When you make peace with the mind, you allow it to be, open the door of your heart to this very moment, you find everything gets so peaceful and so still and so easy.

[00:00:50] - [Speaker 0]
So this is why we make peace, not war, in our meditation. So we start by just closing our eyes. With our eyes closed, we make peace with our body. So how is your body? What does it feel like?

[00:01:18] - [Speaker 0]
And how can you make this body a little bit more peaceful? So you feel it, get to know it, relax it, and release it. Release it from all of your control and worry and tightness, making peace with the physical feelings in the body. Just staying with your body, locking your awareness into the feelings of the body because they still need more quality attention. We neglect our body as we're so busy doing other things.

[00:03:06] - [Speaker 0]
So right now, be with your body and be kind to her. Make peace with her. And when the body's nice and relaxed, make your peace with time, so you don't need to fight the past. It's all finished with. You can't change it.

[00:06:07] - [Speaker 0]
Good or bad, it's all done. So we don't do battle with things we can't change. We let the past go. Nor do we plan our battles with the future. With all the plans and all the strategies, all the hopes and fears, we let the past go.

[00:06:33] - [Speaker 0]
When we make peace, all we have is a present moment. We make peace with this beautiful present moment. It may not be perfect. We don't wanna fight it or make it anything different than it already is. We respect, tolerate, and embrace this moment.

[00:06:59] - [Speaker 0]
Not wanting to change it. We make peace with the now. Now is the time your future is being made. So play be in the moment. It's the best you can possibly ever do to secure peace, happiness, and health for your future by putting your attention in the spot where the future is being made now.

[00:12:32] - [Speaker 0]
Making so much peace, there's hardly anything to say. Because through peace, you find the door into silence. Just make peace so deeply, so profoundly that you can notice the peaceful mind, which does not need to break out into thought. Quiet, relaxed, at peace. From being so peaceful, you can feel your breath.

[00:15:52] - [Speaker 0]
The only thing left as you breathe in and breathe out, naturally noticing the flow of air coming into your body and the flow going out. Make peace with the process of breathing, relaxing, pacifying until your breath is so smooth and easy, not forced at all. Just making peace with this breath, with the silence with this moment so there's no fight left in you. Gentle, kind, at peace with the whole world. What?

[00:28:40] - [Speaker 0]
So how do you feel, Blue? What's it like in your mind? How much peace have you generated by making peace? Know what meditation does and what it feels like inside and where this feeling of peace and freedom and comfort comes from. If you make war with life, you get tense and anxious.

[00:29:40] - [Speaker 0]
If you make peace, you're free. I'm now going to ring the gong three times. Please listen to every sound from the gong. The last ring of the gong come out from your meditation.
